Oct 03, 2025Vantage Knowledge Academy Limited announced several key appointments at its 12th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2025. The company re-appointed Mrs. Neeta Rajesh Dedhia as director, who was retiring by rotation. Mr. Rajesh Chapsi Dedhia was appointed as Executive Director, effective September 30, 2025. Mr. Dedhia is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in finance, accounts, auditing, taxation, and corporate governance, and serves as the company's Chief Operating Officer. He is married to Mrs. Neeta Rajesh Dedhia, the Managing Director. Additionally, M/S. Ramesh Chandra Bagdi and Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term from FY 2025-26 to 2029-2030. The firm specializes in secretarial audits and corporate governance advisory, headed by CS Ramesh Chandra Bagdi with over two decades of experience in corporate laws and securities regulations.
Vantage Knowledge Academy Announces Board Changes with Director Cessation and New AppointmentOct 01, 2025
Oct 01, 2025Vantage Knowledge Academy Limited announced board changes effective October 1, 2025. Mr. Kiran Bharatkumar Gandhi ceased to be an Independent Director on September 30, 2025, after completing ten years (two consecutive terms of five years each) as Independent Director. The Board acknowledged Gandhi's valuable contributions during the tenure. Simultaneously, Mr. Ganesh Shivpujan Pal was appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director effective October 1, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. Pal is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with LLB qualification and expertise in legal and investment management. The updated board now comprises five directors including Managing Director Neeta Rajesh Dedhia. Pal has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee, with Bindi Jayantilal Gada serving as Chairperson of all three committees.
Vantage Knowledge Academy has launched the Chartered Global Investment Banker (CGIB) certification program on August 23, 2025, at MoneyExpo in Mumbai. The program is a three-level professional qualification developed by Investment Banker's Foundation and delivered through Vantage's online platform over 18 months. The curriculum covers Foundation, Strategy, and Applied levels, including topics such as financial markets, mergers and acquisitions, valuation, and regulatory frameworks. Exams are held biannually in June and December. The program is open to undergraduates, graduates from any academic background, and working professionals. Candidates with CA, CS, CMA, or CFA qualifications may receive Level 1 exemptions. To earn the chartered designation, candidates must complete all three levels, a capstone project, and have one year of relevant work experience or internship. Fees are set at $1700 plus GST per level for Indian students. The program will be available at 320 test centers across 80 Indian cities and international locations including Singapore, Dubai, London, and New York.
