Bharat Global Developers Seeks Shareholder Approval for Director Appointments Through Postal Ballot2 days ago
Bharat Global Developers Ltd has initiated a postal ballot process through remote e-voting to seek shareholder approval for two director appointments. The company is seeking approval to regularize Mrs. Niyati Vaishnav Ambani as Non-Executive Independent Director and Mr. Tahir Mustufa Masalawala as Executive Director, both appointed as Additional Directors on April 3, 2025. The e-voting period runs from July 24, 2025 to August 22, 2025. Mrs. Ambani, aged 52, brings over 25 years of banking and finance experience and is founder of T3 Group of Companies. Mr. Masalawala has 8 years of architectural experience and currently leads a team of 78 employees. The company has appointed Mr. Himanshu Togadiya as Scrutinizer for the postal ballot process, with results to be announced within two working days of conclusion.
