9 days agoCaspian Corporate Services Limited has issued a postal ballot notice seeking shareholder approval for consolidating equity shares from face value of Rs. 1 each to Rs. 10 each. The company proposes to consolidate every 10 existing equity shares of Rs. 1 face value into 1 new equity share of Rs. 10 face value. This requires alteration of the capital clause in the Memorandum and Articles of Association. The Board believes Rs. 10 face value represents better valuation perception and creates an impression of stock worthiness to rebuild investor confidence. Voting is restricted to remote e-voting only through CDSL platform from November 13, 2025 to December 12, 2025. The cut-off date for eligible shareholders is November 7, 2025. Results will be announced by December 16, 2025. Both resolutions require special resolution approval from shareholders.
Caspian Corporate Services Limited's Board of Directors approved a share consolidation plan that will convert 10 equity shares of Re. 1 face value each into 1 equity share of Rs. 10 face value each. The company stated this move aims to represent better valuation perception and create an impression of worthiness of the stock. The consolidation will affect 12.66 crore issued, subscribed and paid-up shares, with completion expected within 2 months. The Board also approved a postal ballot notice for obtaining member approval through remote e-voting, with the voting process scheduled to conclude on December 12, 2025, and results to be declared on December 16, 2025.
