Interise Trust Discloses NHAI Circular Reducing WPI Linking Factor for Toll Rate Calculations

The circular affects the conversion of WPI from the 2011-12 base year to the 2004-05 base year, leading to changes in current toll rates and potential future toll rate modifications for BOT projects within the Trust's project SPVs. Interise Trust held its 7th Annual Meeting of Unitholders on July 25, 2025 via video conferencing. The meeting was chaired by Mr. S. Ravindran, an Independent Director, with 95.60% of unitholders represented. Five key resolutions were passed unanimously through e-voting, including approval of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, adoption of the valuation report by RBSA Valuation Advisors LLP, re-appointment of RBSA Valuation Advisors LLP as the Valuer, and approval of the revised Distribution policy. All resolutions received 100% votes in favor from the 99,65,98,841 units that participated in voting. The meeting concluded at 2:40 p.m. with Mr. Yogesh Singhvi serving as the Scrutinizer for the voting process.
