NDR InvIT Trust, India's first listed warehousing and industrial park infrastructure investment trust, acquired a Grade-A warehousing facility in Lucknow for ₹143.9 crore. The asset spans 21 acres in Mohanlalganj along the Lucknow-Raebareli Road and features 4.63 lakh sq. ft. of leasable space with 98% occupancy across retail, paints, consumer durables, and logistics sectors. This marks NDR InvIT's entry into the Lucknow logistics market, which has attracted warehousing and e-commerce players due to improved highway connectivity and Tier-2 city supply chain demand. Director N Amrutesh Reddy stated the acquisition supports building a national logistics network, positioning Lucknow as a key North India distribution hub.
Radhakishan Damani purchased 87 lakh shares worth Rs 100 crore in NDR InvIT Trust, while Aryaman Jhunjhunwala Discretionary Trust bought 58 lakh shares valued at Rs 66.70 crore. Both transactions occurred at Rs 115 per share through block deals. NDR InvIT Trust shares closed at Rs 120, gaining 4.35% and hitting a fresh 52-week high of Rs 122. The company operates over 60 warehouses and 37 industrial parks totaling 19 million square feet across 15 cities, serving retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, and logistics sectors. NDR InvIT Trust has delivered 16.5% returns over the past year, outperforming Nifty and BSE Sensex. The company reported consolidated net profit of Rs 38 crore in the latest quarter, down 2.6% year-over-year, while total revenue jumped 42% to Rs 108 crore.
NDR InvIT Trust, India's first perpetual warehousing and industrial parks InvIT, reported revenue from operations of ₹1,015.59 million in Q1 FY26, marking a 35% increase from ₹751.77 million in the same quarter last year. Total income rose to ₹1,083.18 million from ₹764.03 million. EBITDA improved to ₹946.12 million from ₹661.63 million, while Profit Before Tax remained stable at ₹430.65 million. The Trust declared a distribution of ₹1.825 per unit compared to ₹1.75 previously, with Net Asset Value per unit increasing to ₹135.87 from ₹126.88. Assets Under Management expanded to 19.22 million sq. ft. from 16.96 million sq. ft., with warehouse occupancy at approximately 98%. The Trust now operates across 15 cities with 37 logistics parks and over 60 warehouses, up from 13 cities and 33 parks. The share of leased area by top 10 clients decreased from 39% to 33%, reflecting reduced concentration risk.
