2 days agoEvexia Lifecare Ltd board approved the conversion of 50 foreign currency convertible bonds into equity shares during its meeting on September 11, 2026.
Shree Saibaba Exim Private Limited, a promoter group entity of Evexia Lifecare, purchased 1,38,17,760 equity shares on the open market. The stake rose from 3.428% to 4.164%.
Evexia Lifecare Ltd board approved the Board's Report for FY26 and fixed the 35th AGM for September 30, 2026. The book closure period is set from September 24 to September 30.
